Terms, cancellations & refunds.

• Bookings are made online at this site or with our team. Online bookings are paid in full up front through PayFast, our payment provider.
• Your bay is held for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment doesn't go through in that time, the hold is released and the slot opens up for other players.
• Your booking is confirmed once PayFast confirms payment. You'll get a booking reference; keep it handy.
• League and corporate bookings are requests: our team confirms with you first and arranges payment directly.
• Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

• Cancellations must be made at least 25 hours before your booking starts, and you get a full refund. WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference to cancel.
• A booking made within 25 hours of its slot cannot be cancelled. Inside the 25-hour window bookings can't be cancelled or refunded, but we'll try to move you to another time if a bay is free.
• Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, processed from PayFast within 72 hours. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• If we have to cancel (for example a power outage or a simulator fault we can't fix), you choose between a full refund or a new time.

• If you don't arrive and haven't cancelled in time, it's a no-show and the booking isn't refunded.
• Running late? Let us know. Your slot still ends at the booked time so the next group can start on time; late arrival doesn't extend your session or earn a partial refund.

• Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Stay within your booked time.
• Bays are booked for the number of players you entered. Tell us if your group grows; extra players may change the price.
• Our house rules apply in every bay.

• Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or older, who accepts these terms on behalf of the group.
• Players under 16 must have an adult with them in the bay at all times. The adult who booked is responsible for the under-18s in their group.
• Junior clinics are coached sessions; a parent or guardian enrols the child and stays reachable during the session.
• No alcohol is served to anyone under 18.

• Play safely: only swing when the bay is clear and use venue balls only. Follow staff instructions.
• We may end a session without a refund if someone is unsafe, under the influence, abusive or damaging equipment.
• Simulator screens, launch monitors, clubs and fittings are expensive. Damage caused deliberately or through careless use (for example outside balls, steel spikes, or swinging toward people or walls) may be charged to the person who booked, at the repair or replacement cost.
• Normal wear and tear is on us. Report any damage or faults to staff straight away.
• You play at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

• Clinic and event places are paid in full through PayFast when you sign up, and the same cancellation window and refund rules apply, counted from the start of the first session.
• Multi-week clinics and leagues are sold as a whole; missed weeks aren't refunded or carried over unless we agree otherwise.
• Waitlists are free. Joining one takes no payment. If a place opens, we'll contact you and you'll have a limited time to pay and confirm.
• If a payment arrives after your hold ran out and the clinic or event filled up in the meantime, you go onto the waitlist and we'll either move you in or refund you in full within 72 hours.
• We may change the format, coach or bays, or cancel a clinic or event if there aren't enough entries. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• For team events, the person who enters the team accepts these terms for the team.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you book applies to that booking.
