Privacy notice.

Rose Tulee Indoor Golf at 189 Dirk van der Hoff Str, Kenleaf, Brakpan is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this site and at the venue.

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Booking details: dates, times, bays, number of players, the category you book under (for example pensioner or junior), clinic or event entries, team names and notes you give us.
• Payment records: amounts, PayFast payment references and refund records. We never see or store your card number; PayFast handles that.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting providers for security and to prevent abuse.

• To take and manage your booking, clinic or event entry, including confirmations, changes, cancellations and refunds.
• To contact you about your booking, for example if a bay becomes unavailable or a waitlist place opens.
• To apply member, pensioner, junior or other rates you qualify for, and any loyalty rewards or vouchers.
• To keep accounting and tax records we're required to keep by law.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it. You can opt out at any time.

Only with service providers (operators) who process it for us under contract:

• PayFast (South Africa): processes your payment and refunds.
• Supabase: securely stores our booking database.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Resend: delivers our booking emails.

Some of these providers store data outside South Africa, with protections that are adequate under POPIA. We'll also share information where the law requires it.

• Booking and payment records: 5 years after the booking, for tax and accounting.
• Customer profiles with no bookings in the last 3 years are deleted or anonymised.
• Waitlist entries are removed once the clinic or event is over.

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. We'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
• Object to us using it, or withdraw consent for marketing.
• Email golf@rosetulee.co.za with your name and mobile number. We'll confirm it's you, then respond within 30 days.
• If you're unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.

Access to booking data is limited to our staff and protected by sign-in. Payments run on PayFast's secure pages. If a breach puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
